"At the request of one of the employees: I had done a wonderful! review for Jennifer Broades State farm in Broken Bow, Ok. about halfway through my time as a customer there. Shortly after, I began to see increases in my car insurance for 3 vehicles. The first two times they did not give me a reasonable explanation as to why because I hadn't been in any accidents, had any insurance claims or speeding tickets. After the third time one of the employees finally told me that the reason was because of other people that do not pay for insurance and because of other peoples accident claims on their company. She added that "State farm would go bankrupt if they didn't increase everyone's policies." In the process of trying to figure all this out other things happened with her that prompted me to just go ahead and move our car insurances. When I did so she explained to me that if I did that my home insurance was going to increase and I told her that if it does without any claims or a good reason that I would be moving it too. About a year later with no insurance claims and a complete remodel of our home externally and internally our policy premium DOUBLED! with no good reasons. So I moved my home insurance to the same place I changed the auto insurances too. I am very happy at American Independent insurance in Idabel. No thank you State Farm. Not fair to their loyal customers."
